Golden Age Earrings

Materials:

2 x gold-plated earring hooks

2 x 5cm (2in) gold-plated eye pins

2 x 14mm (9⁄16in) vintage gold buttons

4 x gold-plated rose detail beads

Tools:

Flat-nosed pliers

Round-nosed pliers

Wire cutters

Beading mat

Instructions:

1 Thread one rose bead on to an eye pin, followed by one of the vintage buttons, followed again by a rose bead.

2 Fasten the eye pin with a wire-wrapped loop (see diagram 5).

3 Now attach the earring hook to the wire-wrapped loop, opening the loop of the earring hook as you would a jump ring (see diagram 2).

4 Repeat for the second earring.
